White Hot Chocolate

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. It's a bit chilly this afternoon with a high of only 42 degrees.  I had plans to put our tree up this weekend, but I haven't made it to the garage to dig it out yet!  Feeling a little lazy today I decided a cup of White Hot Chocolate is what I needed to get my legs moving. I found a simple recipe online and just substituted a few of the ingredients for what I had on hand.  Hope you enjoy!

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup evaporated milk
4 cups milk ( I used 2%)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon, for garnish

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and evaporated milk. Stir continuously until white chocolate chips have completely melted. Stir in the milk, and vanilla extract. Stir occasionally until heated through. Pour into mugs and top with cinnamon.
