Peach Lemonade Popsicles

My son has been interested in helping me in the kitchen since he was little.  We turn on some music and have fun cooking together.

It's been so hot lately that we decided to make a frozen treat.  Popsicles on a really hot day are so refreshing.

This recipe is so basic.  Deciding what flavors to experiment with is the hardest part.

Ingredients
3 large peaches; slice and remove pit
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup of ice
2 cups of water
1/4 cup sugar (more or less depending on the sweetness of your peaches)

Directions
In a blender, combine sliced peaches, water and lemon juice.  Add sugar and ice.  Blend until smooth.  *If the mixture is too watery, add more ice and blend again to get the texture of a slushie.

Pour mixture into molds and freeze overnight.  To easily release popsicle from mold, run under warm water.  Enjoy!

I won't be back to blogging for a while, if ever. I am on Facebook and Instagram as Louise Vee if you want to find me. I'm feeling pretty good. Must keep up a healthy regiment! Thanks again Brandi, stay well...
