Cinnamon Honey-Butter Popcorn

How do you relax at the end of the day?  For me it's pretty simple, at the end of the day all I want to do is sit with my husband and watch a movie.

Last night, I decided to make our movie night more special with delicious popcorn. Movie night and popcorn go together perfectly, especially when it's slathered with butter and honey.

Pick out your favorite movie, snuggle up, and enjoy all the popcorn you'd like!

Ingredients
10 cups of air popped popcorn
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Place freshly popped popcorn in a large bowl.  In a medium saucepan melt butter on medium low.  Once butter is melted add the honey and cinnamon.  Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a foaming boil, stirring constantly.  Once it has reached the boiling point, remove the pot from the heat and drizzle it over the popcorn, tossing the popcorn with a long-handled spoon as you pour.  Mix until evenly coated.  Enjoy!

*Some of our recent favorite Netflix movies-

1.  We Need to Talk About Kevin
2.  Arn: The Knight Templar
3.  Cyrus
4.  Drive
5.  Shotgun Stories
6.  The Burning Plain
7.  Hanna
8.  Due Date
9.  Fargo
10. War of the Arrows

  2. Popcorn is my favorite food group. I am pretty sure it is how I survived college last year. At home we have an air popper, which is so much better, but some of the microwave kind isn't bad :)

  10. Wow, that popcorn sounds really good. And it's good for us, right?

Interesting film list. I liked Hanna (Such an extraordinary looking girl in the title role. What an amazing face) and Fargo is bleakly funny! I'll have a look at some of the others you've listed. Isn't Netflix great?
