This sounds a lot simpler than other sorbet recipes I've come across. (The traditional ones use raw egg white. Yeah...I know!)This one I'd love to try. I don't have an ice cream maker, but I suppose I could use a conventional freezer, if I smush up the ice crystals? Thank you for sharing.

I love yellow watermelon when I can find it! I recently tried a watermelon sorbet and didn't turn out so good. I'm going to have to try this recipe instead! Love the addition of the peaches!
